Within this vision, the new Macek Technika will focus on three instruments:
– Permanent adapted workplaces for people who are permanently dependent on support and an adapted working environment.
– Work experience places to upgrade people who are not yet productive or experienced enough to enter or re-enter the labor market. Examples include refugees who do not yet master the language, school leavers without a diploma and the long-term unemployed.
– Introductory courses, guided tours and internships. These are carried out together with VSO schools (internships and introduction to the business community).
As an active member of the Normaalste Zaak, Macek Technika aims to improve the market so that more opportunities can be created for people who have a distance to the labor market. Since 2014, Macek Technika has been part of the Network Brabants Besten.
